Don't Quit!

I think this is one of my favorite scenes in "Facing the Giants", perhaps because it speaks directly to me and my own life: "Don't quit. Don't you quit on me, Karlene." (God talking.) I've often thought what a great thing the coach did in putting that blindfold on. Isn't that how we feel when in deep stuff and can't see the end zone?

I am anxious for the day when God removes the blindfold and says, "Look up, Karlene. You're in the end zone." The battle to the goal accomplished. One day, I have to believe that. :)

I long for the day when I can say as Paul did: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4: 7 NIV)

Never Give Up On Me

God in His faithfulness is relentless of His pursuit for our hearts. He will never, NEVER, give up on us. Don't think I will either, then.
